Sanjeevni means “life giving”. True to its name we seek to spread light of hope and care to kindle lights in the lives of needy and underprivileged. The focus of Indraprasth Sanjeevni NGO is not just limited to the senior citizen but also support needy people including children, women and disabled. We offer them vocational skills to enable them to lead lives of financial independence and self esteem. We do not believe in old age home, we support recreation centres where our elderly provided with best possible care.
Over the last 5 years, Indraprasth Sanjeevni NGO has handled many projects related to education, health and environment which aimed at helping the society. The broad spectrum of our activities and their success rate speak about dedicated work done by Indraprasth Sanjeevni NGO. We also represented ourselves as a big hand behind the success of governmental projects like : Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and Namami Gange.

What We Do
Indraprasth Sanjeevni for senior citizen :- NGO organizes Free Medical camps for senior citizens in Naraina and other different places of Delhi in association with Delhi Police. Our team of Doctors from different fields give their free expert advice and services to the seniors as well as police officials. NGO also providing eatable things and Wheel Chair, Walker etc. for needy seniors.
Indraprasth Sanjeevni for Environment :- NGO has planted number of trees and plants in Delhi in association with Delhi Parks and Gardens Society, Govt. of NCT Delhi. We have contributed our services in planting trees in Tagore Public School, Naraina, Cremation Ground, Inder Puri, Bharati College, Janak Puri, Hari Nagar F Block Senior Citizen Park, Hari Nagar, PVR Cinemas, Naraina, Police Stations Naraina and Dwarka Court etc. We spread the message of GREEN DELHI-CLEAN DELHI and make people aware of the importance of making environment clean through plantations.
We also received an appreciation award from Mr.S.D.Singh, IFS (C E O Delhi Parks & Gardens Society, Deptt. Of Environment, Govt. of NCT).We are continuously making an effort to make Delhi pollution free under our SWATCHATA ABHIYAN.
Indraprasth Sanjeevni working with Chief Electoral office Delhi :- We played an important role in Vidhan Sabha Elections 2013 and Lok Sabha Elections 2014. We conducted Educative Seminars and Cultural Programs in colleges to motivate young voter to cast their votes in elections. We took their pledge on Democracy walls. We did door to door campaigning for the election commission to make people understand the importance of their vote. It all resulted in the 17% increase in the voting ratio. We were awarded from the Election Commissioner Mr. Vijay Dev (IAS) for our outstanding support during elections.
Indraprasth Sanjeevni working with Central Jail Tihar :- NGO is working in Tihar Jail No. 1, 2, 4, 7, 8 and 9 for the uplifted, support and rehabilitation of the inmates. We have conducted various Free Health Camps and Eye check-up Camps in alternate Jails. These camps include eye check-up, Ortho, B.P-Sugar, Dental, Acupressure and Naturopathy. We distributed free spectacles to those who require it. We also held Counseling Sessions for the prisoners of Jail No.1 to motivate them and teach them how to lead a fresh life after releasing from the jail. We conducted Magic Shows and Musical programs for their entertainment too.We have also conducted several vocational camps for inmates to help them acquire new skills which will help them to lead a better life later on such camps include magic learning at Jail No.7.
